Property & Casualty Insurance Assistant

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential insurance organization based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Property & Casualty Insurance Assistant to provide dedicated remote support to their growing operations.

This is a fully remote position based in Mexico, working with a U.S.-based client. Candidates will work through Get A Job.ai and should not contact the client directly during the application process.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks supporting insurance operations
• Prepare and complete ACORD forms with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with Property & Casualty insurance quoting processes
• Gather, organize, and verify client and policy information for quotes and documentation
• Maintain accurate client, policy, and insurance records
• Support document preparation, data entry, and general administrative functions
• Follow up on missing information or documentation as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling sensitive client and insurance data
• Provide additional administrative support as operations expand

What We're Looking For

• Required: Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative professional within the Property & Casualty insurance industry
• Required: Hands-on experience completing ACORD forms
• Required: Experience assisting with or preparing P&C insurance quotes
• Familiarity with Property & Casualty insurance terminology, documentation, and workflows
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1 or C2 level)
• Comfortable learning new insurance platforms and digital tools
• Preferred: Previous experience supporting a U.S.-based insurance agency or brokerage

Compensation & Benefits

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $1,200 USD per month

Benefits include:
