AI Videographer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential creative agency working with ambitious direct-to-consumer brands. Our talent team is seeking an AI Videographer to join their performance creative operations on a remote contract basis.

This is not a traditional videography role. You will serve as an AI production specialist, translating creative strategy briefs into high-quality, performance-driven video outputs using cutting-edge generative AI platforms. You'll receive concepts, scripts, and visual direction from creative strategists, then execute using tools like Veo 3, Sora 2, Arc Ads 2.0, and emerging AI video platforms.

This position sits at the intersection of creative strategy, visual storytelling, AI prompt engineering, and performance optimization. You'll be responsible for craft, consistency, speed, and scalability—not simply generating outputs, but building systems that help the agency deliver ads at scale.

Responsibilities

• Translate creative briefs, scripts, shot lists, and visual concepts into precise AI-generated video assets
• Generate performance-ready footage aligned with creative strategy using Sora 2, Veo 3, Arc Ads 2.0, and other AI platforms
• Collaborate with creative strategists and editors to refine outputs based on feedback
• Continuously develop and optimize prompt systems, templates, and production workflows
• Partner with senior editing teams to establish and advance standard operating procedures
• Support operations in developing AI production automation and agent-based workflows
• Iterate rapidly on feedback while maintaining high output quality and visual consistency

What We're Looking For

• Deep curiosity and hands-on experience with AI-generated video and visual content creation
• Strong understanding of how creative converts in paid social and performance marketing environments
• Excellent visual eye with understanding of pacing, framing, composition, and storytelling fundamentals
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate strategic intent into compelling visuals
• Comfort working at speed and iterating rapidly based on performance data and creative feedback
• Systems-thinking mindset focused on building repeatable processes, not just one-off outputs
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to output quality
• Portfolio or proof of work demonstrating craft and curiosity in AI video generation (formal experience less important than demonstrated capability)

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $1,500 – $2,000 per month
