About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly growing performance marketing agency seeking an experienced Digital Video Editor to join their creative team. Our client specializes in e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands, managing significant ad spend across social platforms and delivering conversion-focused creative at scale.

This is a remote, contract-based role operating on UK working hours with flexibility. You'll be editing high-production performance ads for multiple consumer brands, focusing on social media advertising and short-form content optimization.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-quality video content tailored for social media advertising campaigns across TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
• Produce social media ads including UGC-style content, motion graphics, and high-production promotional videos
• Optimize content for platform-specific best practices to maximize engagement and conversion
• Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to implement client feedback effectively
• Stay current with video content trends and conversion-driven editing techniques
• Ensure all edited content aligns with brand style guides and tone of voice

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in video editing and production, preferably within e-commerce or performance marketing environments
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; familiarity with additional editing tools is a plus
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta ads, and short-form video best practices
• Strong skills in motion graphics, transitions, captions, and color grading
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Self-motivated and proactive approach with ability to work independently or collaboratively
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Solution-oriented and adaptable mindset with ability to self-manage and prioritize in fast-paced settings
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of outcomes and ability to see the bigger picture
• Portfolio or showreel required demonstrating relevant expertise in social media advertising content

Pay
