Senior Recruiter – High Volume (Manufacturing – English Language)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential manufacturing organization seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team. This role focuses on high-volume recruitment for production and operations positions across U.S.-based facilities. You'll work remotely from Colombia, partnering directly with hiring managers to deliver exceptional talent while serving as a strategic advisor throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed intake conversations with hiring leaders to understand role specifications and team dynamics
• Design and execute targeted recruitment marketing campaigns for each opening
• Source candidates through resume databases, networking platforms, and social media using advanced Boolean search techniques
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to ensure multiple qualified candidates are engaged at all times
• Review applications promptly and conduct professional phone interviews with role-specific probing questions
• Prepare candidates thoroughly for interviews, including logistics, expectations, and follow-up counsel
• Provide timely status updates to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
• Navigate sensitive conversations and manage candidate expectations professionally
• Evaluate candidate fit based on skills assessments, cultural alignment, and team dynamics
• Partner with hiring managers to extend offers and secure candidate acceptance
• Monitor market conditions and communicate trends that may impact hiring outcomes
• Mentor junior recruiters and team members on best practices
• Maintain strict compliance with all applicable regulations and documentation standards
• Deliver accurate reporting on recruiting activities and search status

What We're Looking For

• High-volume recruiting experience in manufacturing environments is essential – you've successfully hired for roles such as Machine Operators, Maintenance Technicians, Forklift Operators, and similar production positions
• Five or more years of results-driven recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting
• Proven track record recruiting for U.S.-based positions and understanding U.S. labor markets
• Fluent English – exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
• Demonstrated ability to leverage recruiting technologies and create process efficiencies
• Experience with deep web sourcing techniques and passive candidate engagement
• Strong consultative skills and comfort acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers
• Ability to showcase industry or segment-specific expertise
• Innovation in search strategies and willingness to think outside traditional approaches
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to compliance and documentation

Work Arrangement
