Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential food manufacturing organization seeking a Quality Assurance / Product Control Specialist at their facility in Brenz, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. In this role, you will:
- Support the quality department in implementing quality objectives and policies throughout the organization
- Execute measures to prevent errors and defects in production processes
- Monitor ongoing manufacturing processes as well as intermediate and finished products against specified standards and reference values
- Oversee all departments to ensure compliance with hygiene regulations and food safety requirements
- Conduct regular quality inspections and document findings
What We're Looking For
Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Qualification in food technology is desirable, or related training or comparable skills
- Initial professional experience in the food industry is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Strong team player with reliability and flexibility
- High sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
- Fluency in German required for this position
