Senior GTM System Builder

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior GTM System Builder to own critical commercial infrastructure end-to-end. This is not a support role—you will architect, build, and operate the systems that power revenue-generating teams.

In this position, you will:

• Own the full lifecycle of automation and AI-tooling initiatives within your assigned domain: scoping requirements, building solutions, shipping to production, and iterating based on adoption metrics and KPI data
• Build and deploy AI-powered pipelines that eliminate manual work across the commercial organization: deal enrichment, outbound research and routing, coaching intelligence signals, forecasting inputs, CPQ automation, and proposal follow-up
• Design prompting architecture and agent logic for daily use by commercial reps, BDRs, and account executives—creating reliable outputs for non-technical end users with observability and error handling built in from day one
• Serve as first responder for operational health of live systems in your domain, with adoption metrics, error rates, and data quality visibility instrumented before deployment
• Manage vendor relationships including SLAs, incident escalation, business reviews, and periodic build-vs-buy evaluations for tools such as conversation intelligence platforms, data enrichment services, and routing solutions
• Support fellow engineers through code review, pairing sessions, and coaching on architecture trade-offs while contributing reusable patterns and integrations that accelerate delivery across the team

This role requires AI Fluency Level 4: AI is not a productivity layer but the core product. You will make engineering decisions about models, infrastructure, and integrations while designing prompting systems that non-technical users depend on without ever touching a prompt themselves.

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years delivering production software with measurable commercial impact in a product-driven company such as high-growth SaaS, startup, or scale-up environments
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership with strong autonomy—you have defined approaches, navigated genuine ambiguity, and owned outcomes, not simply executed tickets
• Shipped AI-powered pipelines or agents in real operational contexts: enrichment, routing, summarization, or AI-assisted automation beyond prototypes
• Active practitioner of modern AI development tooling and comfortable working with LLM APIs and MCP integrations
• Hands-on experience building against Salesforce or equivalent CRM APIs: workflows, event-driven logic, and data integrations across multiple systems
• Comfortable owning live production systems including incident response, observability, vendor management, and data integrity—no hard line between building and running
• Ability to translate operational pain into technical requirements and explain technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience in or alongside RevOps or GTM functions with understanding of what commercial teams actually need
• Hands-on experience with conversation intelligence APIs, data enrichment platforms, routing automation tools, or contact data providers
• Familiarity with CPQ systems, data analytics platforms, marketing automation, or customer communication tools
