About This Opportunity
We are representing a fast-scaling SaaS organization in the enterprise automation space. Our client is expanding their commercial team in Germany and needs a driven Sales Development Representative to connect with decision-makers at industrial companies and generate qualified opportunities. You'll work alongside an experienced sales team in a structured, data-driven environment where your performance directly impacts your earnings and career trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Own targeted outreach to potential clients through cold calling and personalized messaging campaigns
- Conduct discovery meetings and process analysis with stakeholders in Finance, Procurement, and Sales departments
- Qualify leads and hand over demo-ready opportunities to the Account Executive team
- Develop tailored value propositions by understanding the specific pain points of industrial stakeholders
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and documentation in HubSpot CRM
- Continuously refine your outbound sales approach through testing and iteration
- Stay current on procurement-to-pay (P2P) and order-to-cash (O2C) processes and industry trends
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks to keep deals progressing
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English (German essential for this role)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Confidence in phone-based outreach, script execution, and asking discovery questions
- Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain CRM hygiene
- Structured thinking and excellent organizational skills to manage daily activities
- Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining momentum through longer sales cycles
- Team-oriented mindset with strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Natural problem-solver with curiosity that drives creative solutions
