Director Marketing, EMEA

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Director of Marketing, EMEA to own the marketing function across Europe. This role holds full accountability for regional strategy and results, partnering with global marketing leadership while serving as the senior voice for EMEA. The ideal candidate will be based in London with willingness to travel across Europe for client engagements.

You will lead:

• Setting and owning EMEA marketing strategy, contributing directly to how the global function evaluates and refines its overall approach across regions
• Shaping regional marketing methodology and priorities, influencing how global strategy itself is defined for EMEA and other regions
• Leading and managing a high-performing marketing team through managers owning demand generation, partner marketing, and content disciplines; setting performance expectations and fostering talent development
• Overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and traditional channels with close collaboration on regional execution of global campaigns
• Partnering with global product marketing teams to localize messaging, positioning, and product strategies for key EMEA markets
• Partnering with global demand generation teams to localize campaigns and strategies; ensuring regional market fit and sales alignment
• Working with global events teams to ensure EMEA representation and participation; tailoring global event strategies for regional relevance
• Driving lead generation and pipeline development in collaboration with regional sales teams
• Measuring campaign performance and ROI through data analytics; providing regular reporting to leadership on regional performance health
• Reconciling competing priorities across sales, product, corporate leadership, and global functional heads

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership responsibility across regional or global functions
• Proven experience leading marketing teams and managing regional or global marketing functions
• Strong expertise in B2B marketing (experience in SaaS, technology, or professional services preferred)
• Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive insights
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
• Experience working in matrix organizations and collaborating across functions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Ability to challenge the status quo and test new, bold ideas
• Based in London with flexibility to travel across Europe as needed
