Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential AI enterprise solutions organization in their search for a Partnership Development Manager focused on the DACH region, based in Munich.
In this role, you will architect and execute a global systems integrator (GSI) partner ecosystem across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will establish high-value frameworks that align enterprise strategic goals with scalable revenue models, working closely with partnership leadership and cross-functional teams.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Define and execute multi-year strategic roadmaps with major German systems integrators to accelerate co-selling motions, technical alignment, and joint pipeline expansion
- Drive ecosystem vision and governance, orchestrating financial growth targets, technical solutions integration, and transformative co-marketing programs
- Spearhead regional partner-led revenue generation through systematic joint deal acceleration and high-impact go-to-market execution
- Establish executive alignment and field resolution standards across partner networks to maximize strategic velocity in large enterprise deals
- Build comprehensive performance insights and analytical models to track partnership health, ROI, and long-term ecosystem value creation
- Scale SI delivery capabilities through specialized enablement programs, ensuring partners become force multipliers for enterprise deployment
- Embed robust co-sell engagement rules, attribution frameworks, and deal registration workflows to drive opportunity conversion
- Champion cross-functional collaboration across Solution Architects, Enablement, Marketing, and Product teams
- Lead monthly business reviews and executive synchronization with regional leadership
- Provide strategic feedback to product and engineering leadership, aligning model evolution with DACH enterprise needs
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Business fluent English and German language skills
- Location in or willingness to relocate to Munich; travel within DACH region required
- Technical credibility with ability to understand and discuss AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and model deployment architectures
- Experience working closely with C-level or senior leadership at partner organizations
- High maturity in communication, influence, and prioritization
- Strong network and understanding of the DACH technology ecosystem and regional variations
- Experience in fast-growing environments with ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities
- High autonomy and judgment in decision-making
- Background in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, or infrastructure industries
Preferred experience:
- Experience with LLM platforms
- Exposure to AI, data, or developer-focused products
- Proven track record as a builder in partnership or business development roles
