Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale projects and reporting workflows, ensuring seamless delivery across revenue operations teams while integrating new technologies and tools into established processes
• Build and strengthen partnerships across revenue operations, finance, and accounting functions—creating shared understanding and trust-based collaboration to drive toward common objectives
• Take ownership of team targets and goals by prioritizing effectively, delegating with clarity, and communicating progress, challenges, and wins transparently to leadership and stakeholders
• Extract actionable insights from data sources and recommend evidence-based solutions when roadblocks emerge or competing priorities need resolution
• Partner with senior leaders to shape strategy around processes and technology, ensuring initiatives align with organizational targets and reporting requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field
• Four or more years of hands-on experience in healthcare operations, revenue cycle strategy, or business analytics
• Two or more years leading cross-functional projects with executive involvement and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Tableau, and SQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels
• Demonstrated commitment to personal growth, embracing feedback, and strengthening team culture
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, expertise in financial analytics and cash flow forecasting, or experience with advanced automation tools
