- Direct accurate weighing, blending, and setup of raw materials for nutritional supplements, confirming equipment readiness and strict quality standards
- Manage cleaning and sanitization of machinery and production spaces so procedures, records, chemical handling, and hygiene fully meet regulatory and company expectations
- Operate and supervise encapsulation equipment that converts blended formulas into finished capsules, watching machine performance, product quality, throughput, and exact specifications
- Oversee labeling, sealing, inspection, and preparation of finished goods for shipment, driving efficiency without sacrificing compliance or quality
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing settings and comfort leading teams of operators
- Ability to coach colleagues, organize activities, and tackle operational problems in real time
