Packaging Operator

Thorne is hiring a full-time Packaging Operator to join its manufacturing team at the Lincolnville, Dorchester County facility — a hands-on production role at one of the most respected science-driven health and wellness companies in the US.

About the Role

As a Packaging Operator at Thorne's Lincolnville location, you'll be a critical part of bringing premium health products to consumers across the country. Working on the production floor, you'll operate packaging equipment, support quality standards, and help ensure every product that leaves the facility meets Thorne's rigorous specifications.

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery and production line equipment
• Fill, seal, label, and inspect finished products in accordance with established procedures
• Perform visual and physical quality checks throughout the shift to verify product integrity
• Maintain accurate batch and production records in compliance with cGMP requirements
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, product defects, or process deviations promptly
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times
• Follow all workplace safety policies and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with team leads and quality personnel to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment preferred
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or regulated production settings is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout an entire shift
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive physical tasks
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
• Able to read, follow, and accurately document written work instructions
