Product Manager – Business Applications

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise AI platform company seeking a Product Manager to join their Business Applications team in France. This is a hybrid role where you'll work closely with senior product leadership to deliver persona-specific features and packaged business applications that extend platform capabilities to non-technical users.

In this position, you'll bridge technical execution and business value, managing a defined portfolio of product features from specification through launch. You'll collaborate with engineering, UX, and customer-facing teams to ensure successful delivery of capabilities that serve business experts through consumer-grade interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Build comprehensive market understanding and serve as the primary expert for your product portfolio
• Conduct market research, customer interviews, and feedback collection sessions to inform product decisions
• Own and centralize the product roadmap for your scope, building consensus across stakeholders including SVP Product and VP Engineering
• Write clear user stories and functional requirements for product features, ensuring development teams understand implementation goals
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create wireframes and user flows based on existing patterns and guidelines
• Support engineering and Technical Product Management teams during development by clarifying requirements and user stories
• Coordinate and execute test plans to validate features meet acceptance criteria before launch
• Deliver all pre-launch materials including feature documentation, release notes, and internal product demos
• Implement and track KPIs and success metrics to monitor post-launch feature performance

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years in Product Management or as a Product Owner within an agile software development environment
• Proven foundational knowledge of the product management lifecycle with strong ability to write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage tactical backlogs from day one
• Experience working with data tools, analytics platforms, or data science use cases
• Solid understanding of data workflows and data science concepts to effectively communicate with technical teams and users
• Direct experience or familiarity with LLMs/GenAI, AI Agents, or building/managing plugin and extension ecosystems (strong plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to adapt well to international, cross-cultural team environments
• Growth mindset with eagerness to dive deep into new technical or business domains
• Fluency in English required; French language skills are a plus
