Paid Social & Programmatic Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential live events technology company in their search for a Paid Social & Programmatic Analyst. This role offers the opportunity to manage eight-figure annual budgets across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat, directly impacting user acquisition and revenue growth in the entertainment sector.

Our client operates at the intersection of technology and live events, and this position sits within their growth marketing team. You'll work on campaigns that connect fans with concerts, sports, and entertainment experiences they love.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day management of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat
• Manage variable budgets to maximize scale while hitting ROAS targets, adjusting spend based on performance
• Build and optimize campaigns for individual performers, artists, teams, and tours aligned with ongoing event calendars
• Run dynamic and catalog-driven campaigns using product feeds and creative templates to serve thousands of live events accurately
• Design and execute A/B tests and experiments across targeting, creative, copy, and landing pages
• Contribute to incrementality and conversion lift studies with the analytics team, including holdout design and results interpretation
• Partner with creative teams on briefs and testing, providing performance feedback
• Collaborate with engineering on internal campaign automation tools, defining requirements and identifying gaps
• Engage directly with platform partners to align their capabilities with business priorities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of hands-on performance advertising experience, including meaningful time on Meta and at least one other major social platform
• Experience managing variable, performance-led budgets at scale where spend adjusts against ROAS or efficiency targets
• Analytical, data-driven background with proven ability to extract insights and narratives from large datasets
• Strong project and time management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and requests simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to explain complex strategies to non-technical stakeholders
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and BI/analytics tools such as Looker or Hex
• Curiosity about measurement and incrementality beyond platform-reported metrics
• Interest in live entertainment and sports; knowledge of current trends is a genuine advantage

Pay

The salary range for this role is $63,000 - $92,000 USD. Our client also offers a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Final compensation is based on your specific skill set, experience depth, certifications, and location.
