Our client operates in the online education and professional development space, connecting professionals with those seeking to advance their careers. They're looking for seasoned Product Managers who can provide one-on-one coaching to students and early-career professionals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct coaching sessions with mentees seeking to break into product management roles at startups, Big Tech companies, and Fortune 500 organizations
- Provide resume reviews and feedback tailored to product management positions
- Prepare candidates for behavioral interviews and product case interviews
- Offer practical guidance on navigating product management career paths
- Host virtual coaching sessions on your own schedule
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality coaching experiences
- Set your own availability and coaching rates
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager at top-tier technology companies
- Background working with students or early-career professionals, either formally or informally
- Strong understanding of product management recruiting processes and best practices
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor others effectively
- Comfort with virtual coaching platforms and remote collaboration
- Passion for helping others achieve their career goals
