Product Designer

Overview

We are representing a fast-growing European wellness and e-commerce organization seeking a high-agency Product Designer to elevate their web experience. Our client is scaling rapidly across multiple markets and transitioning from pure e-commerce to a sophisticated technology platform serving personalized consumer experiences.

This role offers the opportunity to shape how millions of users discover and engage with curated wellbeing products. You'll join a high-performing product and engineering team focused on improving product discovery, reducing friction, and boosting conversion across the complete user journey—from collection pages to subscription portals.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design work across core web surfaces and customer touchpoints
• Implement AI tooling for the e-commerce product design team, collaborating with developers to build systems and workflows from concept to production-ready code
• Design and maintain design systems, unifying components across platforms for consistent brand and user experience
• Create personalized experiences that help users discover products faster and more intuitively
• Develop creative solutions to reduce friction points and drive measurable conversion improvements
• Collaborate closely with product, content, and engineering teams to ensure fast, high-quality execution
• Conduct user research and run experiments to validate and refine design decisions
• Evolve cross-platform design systems that support scalable growth
• Establish and maintain high standards for craft, detail, and performance across all deliverables

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing products in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, consumer technology, or health and wellbeing sectors
• Strong ability to transform ambiguous, complex problems into elegant, usable experiences
• Sharp eye for layout, visual hierarchy, and UX clarity with demonstrated understanding of what drives conversion
• Confidence owning UX/UI processes from initial concept through final execution
• Solid foundation in conversion rate optimization (CRO) practices and improving performance across conversion funnels
• Experience working with or contributing to design systems in Figma
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and communicate in developer-friendly language
• Experience embracing AI tools throughout the design process, from research through prototyping, with focus on measurable outcomes
• Proactive, independent work style with enthusiasm for taking ownership of major product surfaces
• Genuine passion for building products that improve people's lives
