Regions Bank is hiring a full-time Priority Contact Center Banking Specialist for our onsite team in Kingwood, Texas. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional banking support to customers while managing transactions, resolving inquiries, and contributing to a high-performing contact center operation.

About the Role

This is a full-time, onsite position in our Kingwood, TX contact center where you'll serve as a trusted resource for customers seeking assistance with their banking needs. You'll work in a collaborative team environment focused on delivering excellent service while meeting performance targets and maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to banking inquiries with knowledge and efficiency
  • Process account transactions including transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and payments
  • Explain Regions Bank products, services, interest rates, and account features to customers
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly while documenting interactions accurately
  • Follow banking regulations, compliance requirements, and internal procedures
  • Cross-sell relevant banking products based on customer needs
  • Achieve and maintain agreed-upon service standards and quality metrics
  • Build positive customer relationships and represent Regions Bank professionally

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced contact center environment
  • Prior customer service or banking industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency with computer systems, databases, and banking software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transaction handling
  • Professional approach with genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Availability for full-time, onsite work in Kingwood
