About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative at Hoover Treated Wood Products, you'll be the voice and face of our company, managing customer relationships and generating sales from our Augusta office. This is a full-time, Monday-through-Friday position reporting directly to our Sales Manager, where you'll own the entire sales process—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers through phone, email, and online communication
- Identify customer needs and position our products to solve their business challenges
- Prepare and deliver professional quotes and proposals
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the operations and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Contribute to team revenue targets and sales goals
- Travel to customer sites or company meetings as needed (approximately 10% of the time)
