About the Role

In this part-time supervisory position at our Albertville Premium Outlets store, you'll be a key member of our management team. You'll bring leadership to daily operations while maintaining the scheduling flexibility that part-time work provides, making a direct impact on how our team performs and our customers experience the Levi Strauss brand.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and mentor store associates to ensure consistent, attentive customer service
• Manage opening and closing procedures, store safety, and daily operations
• Collaborate with store management on scheduling, performance reviews, and team development
• Maintain merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized and inviting
• Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and care
• Support inventory management and compliance with company procedures
