What This Role Involves

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling financial plans for Consumer & Digital Banking operations
- Analyze revenue, cost, and profitability trends; identify drivers and present findings to senior leadership
- Build financial models and scenarios to evaluate business initiatives, product launches, and cost optimization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between banking, finance, and operations teams to align financial targets with business strategy
- Prepare consolidated financial reports, management dashboards, and variance analyses for executive review
- Support M&A due diligence and integration planning with financial analysis and modeling
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights on customer acquisition, retention, and profitability
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance experience
- Demonstrated expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of banking operations, consumer lending, or digital banking products (preferred)
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring finance or analytics teams
- Comfort with ambiguity and drive to solve complex problems with limited information
- Proven track record of delivering insight-driven recommendations that improve financial outcomes
