Childrens Rescue Fund is hiring a Shift Supervisor (Belnord House) in Planetarium, Manhattan. In this full-time role, you'll lead our Safety Monitor team, oversee facility safety operations, and ensure a secure, respectful environment for clients, visitors, and staff.

About the Role

The Shift Supervisor serves as the direct manager and safety leader during assigned shifts. You'll supervise Safety Monitors, monitor all facility activities for compliance with safety standards, and maintain civil, secure conditions throughout the physical plant.

What You'll Do

• Supervise Safety Monitors assigned to your shift
• Monitor facility activities to ensure safety and security standards are met
• Address safety concerns and maintain order among clients, visitors, and staff
• Provide guidance and direction to your monitoring team
• Respond to incidents appropriately and document as needed
• Maintain safety protocols and procedures
• Support a positive, respectful workplace environment
