HVAC Territory Manager

Join Ferguson Enterprises as an HVAC Territory Manager serving Cincinnati and Hamilton County, Ohio. This is a full-time position where you'll lead sales and customer relationships in the mechanical contractor space, helping grow Ferguson's presence in one of the region's most important HVAC markets.

What This Role Involves

As an HVAC Territory Manager at Ferguson Enterprises, you'll own business development and account management for our HVAC contractor customers in Cincinnati and the surrounding Hamilton County area. You'll be the face of Ferguson to mechanical contractors, building partnerships that help them succeed with our comprehensive product selection, technical support, and industry expertise.

Core Duties

• Develop and execute territory strategy to build market share among HVAC contractors and mechanical companies in Cincinnati and Hamilton County
• Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities to expand relationships through consultative selling
• Provide product knowledge, technical guidance, and problem-solving support to help contractors serve their end customers effectively
• Coordinate with inside sales, operations, and supply chain to ensure reliable delivery and exceptional service
• Track sales performance, forecast pipeline, and report on territory metrics
• Represent Ferguson at industry events, trade shows, and contractor meetings in the Cincinnati market

What You Bring

• Proven sales or account management experience in HVAC, mechanical distribution, or related industrial and commercial markets
• Deep knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and contractor workflows
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills; ability to connect with business owners and decision-makers
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own territory and schedule
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel throughout Cincinnati and Hamilton County
• Willingness to learn Ferguson's product ecosystem and sales systems
