About the Role

This full-time position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and the opportunity to manage a diverse patient population, develop strong clinical relationships, and deliver evidence-based primary care. What You'll Do

• Evaluate, diagnose, and create treatment plans for patients across all ages
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic testing within established protocols
• Perform clinical procedures and conduct comprehensive physical examinations
• Provide patient education on disease prevention, medication management, and health promotion
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in our electronic health system
• Coordinate care with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Facilitate patient registration and insurance verification processes

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN with FNP certification) or Physician Assistant Studies
• Current state licensure and unencumbered credentials in good standing
• Active DEA registration with prescriptive authority
• Clinical experience in primary care delivery
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent interpersonal and patient communication abilities
• Adaptability and effectiveness in a team-based practice setting
• Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care
