Dry Force Corp is seeking a dedicated Water Restoration Technician to join its full-time crew serving the Pflugerville and greater Austin, Texas area — a hands-on role at the front line of helping clients recover from water damage emergencies.
About the Role
As a Water Restoration Technician at Dry Force Corp, you will be the first professional a client encounters after a stressful water damage event. Your work directly shapes their recovery experience, making professionalism and empathy just as important as technical skill. This is a full-time, on-site position based out of Pflugerville, Travis County.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess structures and materials affected by water intrusion or flooding
- Remove, repair, and replace water-damaged building materials as needed
- Operate drying, dehumidification, and moisture-detection equipment
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during an already difficult time, providing clear communication and reassurance
- Document job progress and conditions accurately throughout the restoration process
- Follow safety protocols and industry best practices on every job site
Qualifications
- Experience in water restoration, remediation, construction, or a closely related trade is an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in varied site conditions
- Strong interpersonal skills — you represent Dry Force Corp directly to clients in distress
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of responding to time-sensitive restoration calls
- Valid driver's license preferred
