Home Instead is hiring full-time caregivers for overnight shifts in Prescott Valley, Yavapai County, and surrounding communities. If you're seeking meaningful work supporting seniors who want to age in place, we have immediate openings in Prescott, Chino Valley, Cottonwood, and Sedona.

About the Role

As a caregiver with Home Instead, you'll provide personalized, in-home support to older adults throughout our service area. This is direct, one-on-one care work focused on helping seniors maintain their independence, safety, and comfort while living at home. You'll work flexible shift lengths ranging from 4 to 15 hours, giving you options that fit your availability.

What You'll Do

• Deliver compassionate, hands-on care in clients' homes during overnight and evening hours
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal care as needed
• Monitor client safety and well-being throughout your shift
• Build trusting relationships with seniors and their families
• Communicate effectively with the care team about client needs and concerns
• Support seniors in maintaining their routines and independence

Compensation and Flexibility

This is a full-time opportunity with pay ranging from $16.50 to $19.00 per hour, based on location and specific client needs. We offer flexible shift lengths—choose from 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, or 15-hour shifts—so you can build a schedule that works for your life.
