About the Role
In this position, you'll deliver comprehensive healthcare services to patients across the lifespan as a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner. You'll work collaboratively within our clinical team while maintaining Fast Pace Health's commitment to patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
What You'll Do
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and determine appropriate treatment approaches
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and clinical studies
- Create and modify patient treatment plans based on clinical findings and evidence
- Manage medications including prescribing and patient education on therapy
- Deliver preventive health services and health maintenance counseling
- Document clinical encounters and maintain detailed, accurate medical records
- Partner with physicians and clinical staff in a team-based care model
- Stay current with clinical technology and adapt to evolving healthcare systems
What We're Looking For
- Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in the required state
- Master's degree in Nursing, Nursing Administration, or equivalent graduate credential
- Valid DEA registration and unrestricted state nursing license
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Collaborative approach to working within a team-oriented setting
- Ability to adapt to changing clinical environments and new technologies
