About the Role

As a healthcare provider with Fast Pace Health, you'll deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients across the lifespan in a fast-paced ambulatory clinic setting. You'll work alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure every patient receives attentive, quality healthcare that addresses their clinical and preventive needs.

What You'll Do

• Conduct patient evaluations and establish diagnoses using clinical assessment and appropriate diagnostic tools
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and management plans aligned with clinical guidelines
• Prescribe medications, perform minor procedures, and manage chronic and acute health conditions
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient encounters and clinical decisions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Contribute to a collaborative, team-based environment where each clinician supports colleagues and shares responsibility for clinic success
• Stay current with evolving clinical evidence and practice standards in primary care

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant
• Ability to provide direct patient care in an efficient, organized manner within a team structure
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient-centered care
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic healthcare environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to grow professionally and engage in ongoing clinical education
