About the Role
As a Family Nurse Practitioner at Fast Pace Health, you'll provide direct patient care across the full lifespan, managing acute and chronic conditions while building lasting relationships with the families and individuals we serve. You'll practice autonomously and collaboratively, working alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure high-quality outcomes and exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced clinic environment.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop evidence-based treatment plans
- Manage a diverse patient population with acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive health needs
- Perform clinical procedures and minor office-based interventions within scope of practice
- Prescribe medications and coordinate patient referrals to specialists when appropriate
- Maintain detailed, accurate electronic health records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes and clinic efficiency
- Adapt to evolving clinical protocols and embrace new technologies to enhance care delivery
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree from an accredited Nursing or Nurse Practitioner program
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in your state of practice
- Family Nurse Practitioner certification (FNP) from a recognized certifying body
- Ability to practice with clinical autonomy while remaining a responsive team member
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinical environments
