About the Role

As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Fast Pace Health, you'll provide direct patient care in a fast-paced urgent care setting. You'll evaluate patients, establish diagnoses, develop and implement treatment plans, and educate patients on their health conditions and prevention strategies. This role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and teamwork in a practice that values both provider autonomy and collaborative decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Conduct patient assessments, take medical histories, and perform physical examinations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• Develop individualized treatment and management plans for diverse patient populations
• Prescribe medications and recommend non-pharmacological interventions
• Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Adapt to changing clinical priorities and patient volume in a dynamic care environment

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C preferred) or Physician Assistant
• Active DEA registration (for prescribing privileges)
• Malpractice insurance in good standing
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience in urgent care, family medicine, or related primary care setting
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Commitment to quality patient care and customer satisfaction
• Flexibility, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-volume environment
