About the Role
As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Fast Pace Health, you'll be the clinical cornerstone of our patient-centered care model. What You'll Do
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage a diverse patient panel with conditions ranging from minor acute illnesses to chronic disease management
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging as clinically appropriate
- Prescribe medications within scope of practice and adjust treatment plans based on patient response
- Document clinical encounters thoroughly and maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with nursing, administrative, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery
- Adapt to changing patient volumes and clinic priorities while maintaining exceptional care quality
What We're Looking For
- Current, active FNP or PA-C license with authority to practice in North Carolina
- Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently without compromising care quality
- Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced healthcare setting
