About the Role

As a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Fast Pace Health, you'll be the clinical cornerstone of our patient-centered care model. Your role centers on delivering comprehensive, high-quality healthcare services across our patient population, building lasting relationships, and maintaining the clinical standards that define our network. What You'll Do

• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose acute and chronic conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage a diverse patient panel with conditions ranging from minor acute illnesses to chronic disease management
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing and imaging as clinically appropriate
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice and adjust treatment plans based on patient response
• Document clinical encounters thoroughly and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with nursing, administrative, and ancillary staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery
• Adapt to changing patient volumes and clinic priorities while maintaining exceptional care quality

What We're Looking For

• Current, active FNP or PA-C license with authority to practice in North Carolina
• Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently without compromising care quality
• Flexibility and resilience in a fast-paced healthcare setting
