Accurus Aerospace is hiring a CNC Machine Operator IV in Grove, Delaware County to join our manufacturing team. In this full-time position, you'll operate precision computer-controlled machinery while maintaining the accuracy and reliability that our aerospace customers depend on.

About This Position

This CNC Machine Operator IV role is central to our production operations. You'll work with computer-controlled machines to execute machining operations that transform raw materials into precision components for aerospace applications. Your Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to perform machining functions according to specifications and customer requirements
• Execute simple and complex machining operations with consistent accuracy
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality standards
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime
• Maintain detailed records of production runs and material usage
• Collaborate with supervisory staff and team members to meet production schedules
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance as needed

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience as a CNC Machine Operator with proven expertise in operating computer-controlled machining equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
