Community & Brand Experience Specialist

80 Acres Farms is hiring a Community & Brand Experience Specialist to join our full-time team in Village of Indian Springs, Butler County. In this role, you'll connect our innovative vertical farming operation with the communities and customers who share our passion for sustainable food.

About the Role

As our Community & Brand Experience Specialist, you'll be the primary ambassador for 80 Acres Farms in the local region. You'll tell our story—about how controlled-environment agriculture transforms food production, reduces environmental impact, and makes fresh, pesticide-free food accessible. You'll build relationships, drive engagement, and ensure that every touchpoint reflects our values and mission.

What You'll Do

• Develop and lead community engagement programs that connect people with our vertical farming operations and mission
• Create and share compelling brand narratives across multiple channels, highlighting our approach to sustainable agriculture
• Build partnerships with local retailers, distributors, restaurants, and organizations throughout Butler County and the region
• Organize and host farm tours, events, and educational activities for customers and community stakeholders
• Serve as the public face of 80 Acres Farms at industry events, community gatherings, and partnerships
• Manage customer relationships and gather feedback that informs our brand and business direction

What We're Looking For

• Deep interest in agriculture, food systems, and environmental sustainability
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
• Proven experience in community building, brand marketing, or customer relationship management
• Ability to engage authentically with diverse groups and audiences
• Self-directed, collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Strong organizational and project management skills
