Pre/Post Sales Solutions Architect

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that leads the market in reliability management and chaos engineering solutions. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Pre/Post Sales Solutions Architect to join their growing customer success organization in the USA.

In this dual-function role, you will demonstrate cutting-edge reliability testing platforms to prospective customers while guiding existing clients through technical implementation and best practices. You'll partner closely with sales teams during the evaluation phase, lead proof-of-concepts, and transition into a trusted technical advisor as customers deploy reliability solutions across their infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations during customer calls and webinars
• Collaborate with sales teams to drive technical wins and expand the customer base
• Lead and participate in proof-of-concept engagements with prospective customers
• Educate customers and prospects on reliability engineering and chaos testing methodologies
• Provide technical guidance to existing customers on implementation projects and troubleshooting
• Consult on application resiliency and architectural patterns, identifying gaps and recommending solutions
• Represent the company at technical workshops and industry conferences
• Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect in a technology company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting experience
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes platforms (managed and unmanaged): AKS, EKS, GKE, OpenShift, Rancher
• Deep understanding of operating systems concepts including CPU, memory, and networking
• Proficiency with Linux and shell scripting
• Experience with container technologies and container runtimes
• Working knowledge of observability and Application Performance Management solutions
• Familiarity with load testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Grafana K6
• Experience with CI/CD and automation platforms like Jenkins or Ansible
• Understanding of service mesh architectures, REST APIs, and related tooling
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages: Python, Java, or Go
• Certification and hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Bonus Qualifications:

• Background in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps roles resolving production incidents
• Knowledge of modern DevOps and SRE toolchains
• Experience integrating with ITSM platforms
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• Certified Linux Administrator
