Pre-Litigation Case Manager, Mississippi

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential personal injury law organization that is seeking a Pre-Litigation Case Manager to support their Mississippi caseload. This is a fully remote position based in Malaysia, working with clients who have been injured and need dedicated advocacy during one of the most challenging times in their lives.

Our client is a rapidly growing firm that combines exceptional legal talent with streamlined operations. They need someone who can own the client relationship from initial contact through settlement, ensuring every individual feels heard, supported, and confident throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from day one through settlement, beginning with the welcome call
• Act as a dedicated advocate, connecting clients to appropriate medical care and guiding them through the legal process with compassion and confidence
• Drive cases forward with urgency and precision through each phase of pre-litigation
• Build compelling demand packages and negotiate toward favorable outcomes
• Maintain accurate case records and leverage case management technology to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
• Manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2–6 years of experience supporting personal injury pre-litigation matters on cases in Mississippi
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a remote team

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate
• Experience in a high-volume or fast-growing law firm
• Familiarity with personal injury claims processes and insurance procedures
• Experience with case management software (e.g., Filevine, Clio, SmartAdvocate)
• Comfort working in evolving systems and processes
