Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential healthcare organization in their search for a Talent Sourcing Specialist based in Norfolk, VA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to partner with business leaders and shape recruitment strategy across multiple business units.

The successful candidate will own the end-to-end recruitment process, with particular emphasis on proactive sourcing techniques, diversity recruitment, and managing hard-to-fill positions. You'll serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers while executing both tactical and strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand current and future hiring needs
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open positions within assigned business units
• Identify and leverage new sourcing channels to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates
• Execute screening, interviewing, and assessment processes for candidates
• Develop and implement recruitment plans based on projected employment needs
• Lead recruitment projects and successfully manage high-volume requisition loads
• Attend recruitment events and participate in talent acquisition initiatives across Virginia and North Carolina
• Continuously improve the recruitment process and candidate experience

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Either: 2 years of Human Resources experience with a Bachelor's Degree, OR 4 years of equivalent experience with High School Diploma/GED
• Demonstrated sourcing experience

Strongly Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience
• Healthcare recruitment background
• High-volume recruitment experience
• Experience with hard-to-fill positions
• Ability to attend recruitment events in Virginia and North Carolina
