Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential public-sector ICT organization in Belgium. This role focuses on strengthening and supporting IT service delivery in a multi-vendor integration environment.

You will work within a service integration context where multiple specialized ICT parties must form one integrated service delivery model for partners and end users. You will ensure coherence between involved service providers and contribute to transparent, data-driven, and client-focused operations.

• Consolidate information from various sources and stakeholders into end-to-end reporting
• Establish, monitor, and improve reporting, KPIs, and data-driven insights across the complete service delivery chain
• Support knowledge management and contribute to a performant Service Knowledge Management System (SKMS)
• Control quality and completeness of knowledge and reporting delivered by service providers
• Analyze data and incidents to identify improvement opportunities in service delivery and processes
• Contribute to development and optimization of business processes (BPM) within an ICT environment
• Coordinate with various stakeholders and service providers to align processes, knowledge sharing, and reporting
• Apply relevant project management aspects including cost, timing, coordination, planning, and estimations

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrable case where you established end-to-end reporting within a multi-supplier environment
• Proven experience in general business operations with application to ICT
• Experience in data analysis
• Experience with development and optimization of business processes (BPM)
• Experience with reporting and KPIs
• Familiarity with stakeholder management
• Knowledge of and experience with various project management facets including cost, timing, coordination, planning, and estimations
• Required: experience with Business Intelligence or Data Warehouse
• Affinity with knowledge management, including delivery and maintenance of knowledge by service providers, combined with a hands-on mentality
• Knowledge of incident analysis is a strong plus
• Experience within a government context is a strong asset
• Dutch language proficiency at European CEFR level C2
