SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Consultant – Full Remote

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential international organization seeking a remote SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Consultant. This is a long-term engagement available to both W2 employees and independent contractors.

• Develop SharePoint Online custom client-side web parts using the SPFx development toolchain
• Build SharePoint Server custom server-side web parts using Visual Studio and Microsoft.NET Framework
• Create automation scripts for SharePoint Online (PnP) and SharePoint Server 2016/2019 (PowerShell) deployments
• Provide web application development support to business stakeholders
• Maintain detailed documentation of all changes and manage version control using Git/GitLab
• Deliver SharePoint knowledge transfer sessions to the client's technical support personnel
• Apply software development best practices throughout the development lifecycle

Schedule note: Candidates must be available to work 4 hours per day during standard business hours in the Spain, Europe time zone.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing functionalities for Microsoft SharePoint 2013 or later versions
• Excellent knowledge of Visual Studio and Microsoft.NET Framework
• Strong front-end development skills with React and TypeScript/JavaScript
• Course or certification in the SPFx framework
• Self-starter with proven ability to resolve ambiguity and drive results independently
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
