Senior Field Marketing Manager (German- Speaking)

Our talent team is representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Senior Field Marketing Manager (German-Speaking) to drive pipeline acceleration and revenue impact across the DACH region. This is a remote role based in Germany with a hybrid model requiring 50% office presence. Visa sponsorship is not available; candidates must already be authorized to work in Germany.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales leadership to accelerate opportunities through the funnel and convert active pipeline into bookings. Your focus will be on measurable revenue outcomes rather than top-of-funnel volume.

• Own regional targets for opportunity progression and bookings in partnership with Sales leaders across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
• Design and execute account-based programs targeting top accounts, aligning outreach and content to buying committees and active deal cycles
• Build programs to re-engage stalled opportunities and move deals through late-funnel stages including proof of value, executive alignment, and procurement
• Plan and deliver a DACH field calendar focused on late-funnel engagement: executive dinners, roundtables, customer briefings, and strategic third-party events
• Execute the complete event lifecycle from briefing through targeted invitations, on-site delivery, lead capture, and structured follow-up
• Manage the regional field marketing budget, prioritizing spend on programs with direct pipeline conversion impact
• Track program performance including opportunity progression, pipeline acceleration, bookings, and ROI
• Use Salesforce and relevant tools to monitor account engagement, buying signals, and deal momentum
• Ensure accurate campaign setup and reporting on pipeline influence in collaboration with Marketing Operations

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years in field, ABM, or regional marketing roles focused on pipeline and revenue
• Proven track record running programs that accelerate active opportunities and drive bookings, not just lead generation
• Experience managing field marketing across the DACH region (or at minimum 2 of the 3 markets)
• Direct partnership experience with Sales leadership on targets, territory plans, and account strategy
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder buying journeys in enterprise software
• Experience in governance, risk, compliance (GRC), audit, or adjacent domains strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with sales/marketing tools for account engagement tracking
• Fluency in German and English required
• Data-driven mindset with ability to build business cases and recommend optimizations based on conversion metrics
