Microsoft Power BI / Data Analytics Specialist – Full Remote

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential international organization seeking a Microsoft Power BI / Data Analytics Specialist for a full-remote, long-term engagement. This role requires working 4-6 hours aligned with New York time zones.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with stakeholders to determine data analytics requirements and understand business objectives
• Analyzing business needs and creating data-driven solutions that deliver measurable impact
• Gathering and analyzing corporate data from multiple sources
• Implementing data analytics applications, including data transformation, analysis, and visualization
• Contributing to standards and best practices for analytics pipelines
• Developing interactive visualization applications with strong visual design principles

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a professional who combines technical expertise with business acumen:

• Strong business analysis skills—you can understand client needs and translate them into effective data solutions
• Deep understanding of data governance, including data privacy and protection requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power BI for building interactive dashboards and reports
• Experience with the Python ecosystem for data exploration and pipeline automation
• Proven track record developing interactive visualization applications
• Strong visual design skills for information presentation
• Fluency in English (required for stakeholder communication)
• Based in the United States or willing to work New York business hours (4-6 hours overlap required)
