Senior Customer Success Engineer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking a Senior Customer Success Engineer to join their expanding team. This remote role is based in the UK and offers the chance to work with enterprise customers on technical implementations and integrations.

Our client builds workflow automation tools for frontline workers globally. As a Senior Customer Success Engineer, you'll bridge the gap between sales, customer success, and engineering teams to accelerate customer value through scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, build, test, and deliver integration and automation projects end-to-end within defined timelines and budgets
• Partner with Account Executives during pre-sales technical discussions and solution design
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Onboarding teams to accelerate deployment and adoption
• Build reusable scripts, templates, and automation tooling to reduce delivery effort across customer accounts
• Advise customers on sustainable system architecture and integration best practices
• Bridge customer feedback to product and engineering teams to inform roadmap decisions
• Manage technical scope boundaries and escalate custom requirements appropriately

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL, relational databases, and enterprise integration patterns
• Proficiency with APIs and scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Ruby, or Golang
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders
• Experience using AI coding assistants and automation tools to accelerate development work
• Self-directed problem solver with customer-first mindset
• Ability to context-switch between projects and balance standard methodologies with edge-case judgment
• Track record of delivering technical solutions within scope, timeline, and budget constraints
