Praktikant Controlling (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate organization seeking a Controlling Intern to join their finance team in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will:

• Support the preparation of business plans, forecasts, and liquidity planning
• Assist in creating regular reports and variance analyses
• Support the analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Contribute to ad-hoc analyses as needed
• Participate in the development and maintenance of controlling and reporting structures, including supporting the application of existing tools

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a student with the following qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or Real Estate
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Proficient use of MS Office, particularly strong Excel skills
• Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
• High reliability, commitment, and ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills for collaboration with other departments
