Senior Collection Specialist Quality (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech client in their search for a Senior Collection Specialist Quality professional. This hybrid role is based in Berlin and offers the opportunity to shape quality standards and training programs across multiple European markets. Our client is transforming the receivables management space through advanced technology, and this position sits at the intersection of operations, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.

As the quality lead for collection processes, you'll develop training programs, document processes, and work internationally with teams across different markets. You'll analyze performance gaps through sample reviews and translate those insights into optimized training materials and process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously optimize training programs and learning paths for collection teams
• Conduct regular sample analyses to identify gaps and translate findings into improved training content
• Document, update, and expand process documentation to additional European markets including the UK
• Build and structure a knowledge database that supports AI-powered tools and quality management processes
• Leverage KPI reporting for data-driven optimization of quality standards
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across multiple entities to implement and localize processes and documentation

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years at senior level in Training & Documentation and/or Quality Management
• Fluent English; German knowledge is beneficial
• Experience with Learning Management Systems or learning path design
• Familiarity with process documentation and process optimization
• Strong understanding of internationally varying regulatory requirements, ideally in Collections and/or Data Protection
• Basic understanding of AI-powered tools and their practical application
• Independent, structured work style with ownership mentality
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the collections industry or other heavily regulated sectors (Legal, Finance, Compliance)
• Knowledge of another European language
• Experience with debt collection in the UK and applicable regulatory requirements
• Familiarity with SharePoint and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience with Instructional Design frameworks, Content Management, or Knowledge Engineering
