Performance Marketing Manager / Meta Ads (m/w/d)

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in Mannheim that is transforming how people approach their financial decisions. Our client has built a mission-driven platform focused on independent financial guidance without hidden commission structures.

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager specializing in Meta Ads who will play a critical role in connecting people to this valuable service. This isn't about simply running ad campaigns—it's about understanding what truly resonates with audiences and drives meaningful action.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) from strategy through execution
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets with clear focus on measurable results (CPL, CTR, ROAS)
• Develop campaign strategies based on audience analysis and market observation
• Create and refine ad creatives—both static and video-based—independently or collaborating with the team
• Conduct structured testing of audiences, creatives, messaging, and landing pages using clear testing frameworks
• Regularly analyze campaign performance and derive concrete optimization measures
• Prepare clear KPI reporting for internal evaluation and strategy development
• Actively contribute to the overall marketing strategy

What We're Looking For

Technical skills:

• Strong analytical thinking—you recognize patterns in data, draw logical conclusions, and translate numbers into decisions
• Fundamental understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Affinity for digital tools and systems with ability to learn new software quickly
• Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, or comparable platforms is a plus but not required
• Meta Blueprint certification advantageous but not mandatory
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) required

Creative abilities:

• Instinct for visual impact—you recognize what resonates with people
• Ability to craft clear, audience-appropriate advertising messages
• Basic knowledge of design or video tools (Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut) preferred, or willingness to learn
• Interest in storytelling and understanding why certain content performs

Personal qualities:

• High self-motivation and drive
• Quick learner with willingness to absorb and apply knowledge rapidly
• Structured and conscientious work style with attention to detail and process documentation
• Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous improvement
• Team player who communicates proactively

Prior performance marketing management experience is beneficial but not essential. Character and potential matter more than credentials.
