Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction organization in the Hanover area seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Polier) for high-rise and turnkey construction projects. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and oversee construction execution on commercial building sites
• Lead your own crew and manage subcontractors on-site
• Implement execution planning in collaboration with site management
• Monitor quality standards, timelines, and workplace safety compliance
• Plan material disposition and equipment deployment
• Document construction progress and maintain project records

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Completed vocational training in construction trades with advanced certification as Polier or Werkpolier
• Proven experience in construction execution for high-rise and turnkey projects
• Strong leadership skills combined with hands-on technical expertise
• Reliability and team-oriented mindset
• Good German language proficiency for on-site communication
