AI Videographer / Filmmaker (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential e-commerce organization in the home décor space, seeking an AI Videographer / Filmmaker to join their in-house content studio in Bonn, Germany. This is a rare opportunity to shape video production at the intersection of traditional filmmaking and generative AI tooling. You'll own end-to-end video workflows—from studio shoots with real products and interior sets to AI-powered content generation for social, performance ads, and web. If you master both camera craft and prompt engineering, this role offers genuine creative ownership on a greenfield playing field.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and produce high-quality product and lifestyle videos in a professional studio environment, working with physical products, real interior sets, and professional lighting
• Create generative video content for social media, performance advertising, and e-commerce platforms using AI video tools (text-to-video, image animation, and enhancement of existing footage)
• Blend live-action filmmaking with AI workflows—extending, altering, or animating real footage to achieve the optimal balance between set production and generative techniques
• Handle post-production independently, including editing, color grading, and final export in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
• Deliver performance-driven and platform-specific content (TikTok, Meta Ads, web) based on briefs and campaign learnings, iterating rapidly with Marketing and Creative teams
• Develop creative video concepts from sketch to final asset, continuously test emerging AI video platforms, and establish scalable, brand-consistent production workflows

What We're Looking For

• Formal training or demonstrable experience in film production, video production, media design, or content creation—ideally within brand, e-commerce, interior, or fashion contexts
• Strong on-set skills: camera operation, lighting, composition, and motion design
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve (editing and color grading)
• Hands-on experience with generative AI video tools and prompt engineering (e.g., Kling, Veo, Seedance, or comparable platforms)
• Hybrid production mindset—you know when a physical shoot delivers better results and when AI offers process advantages
• Excellent eye for light, color, timing, and interior aesthetics
• Ability to execute platform-specific briefs across formats, hooks, and lengths for performance marketing and social channels
• Team-oriented and comfortable with in-office collaboration; this is an office-first role based in Bonn with limited remote flexibility (approximately 26 home-office days annually)
• German language proficiency is expected for daily collaboration; the role is based in Germany
• Permanent employment only—freelance or project-based arrangements are not available for this position
