About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential construction organization in Hamburg that values quality workmanship, modern equipment, and proper support for their site leadership. Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Polier) for high-rise and turnkey construction projects.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee construction execution in high-rise and turnkey building projects
- Lead your own crew and manage subcontractors on-site
- Implement execution plans in collaboration with site management
- Monitor quality standards, timelines, and workplace safety compliance
- Manage materials planning and equipment deployment
- Document construction progress and maintain project records
What We're Looking For
- Completed apprenticeship in construction trades with further qualification as Polier or Werkpolier
- Proven experience in construction execution within high-rise or turnkey building projects
- Strong leadership skills combined with hands-on technical expertise
- Reliability and team-oriented mindset
- Good German language skills

Compensation & Benefits
Pay via Get A Job.ai: €60,000–€80,000 annually, plus performance bonuses for successful projects
