Working Student – Content and Data Management (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital agency in Berlin seeking a detail-oriented Working Student to support content operations and digital asset management. This role offers hands-on experience with enterprise content systems while maintaining high data quality standards across multiple markets and platforms.

You will work closely with our client's Content Operations team to ensure digital product content and assets are accurately maintained, enabling smooth campaign execution and consistent information delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in digital content infrastructure, data management, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support content maintenance activities across digital platforms including CMS, PIM, and DAM systems based on defined briefs
• Clean, archive, and reorganize digital assets according to provided guidelines
• Link assets correctly within PIM environments following DAM uploads
• Execute operational content tasks such as migrations, bulk updates, content testing, and data validation
• Verify content is published and displayed correctly per specifications
• Follow documented processes and governance rules carefully
• Maintain tracking documentation in Excel for updates and changes
• Perform peer quality checks before task delivery
• Identify and flag missing information or inconsistencies in briefs
• Provide regular updates on task progress and escalate blockers promptly
• Document recurring issues to support continuous process improvement

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a student at a German university with at least one year remaining
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation with commitment to data accuracy
• Solid Excel skills and ability to work with structured data
• Understanding of data relationships, dependencies, and basic troubleshooting
• Proactive communication style, especially regarding questions or blockers
• Technical affinity with genuine interest in digital systems and content tools
• Comfortable reading and applying documentation and defined guidelines
• Ability to work independently after onboarding while knowing when to seek support
• Curiosity and genuine interest in content operations workflows

Nice to have:

• Experience with CMS platforms, PIM systems, DAM tools, or similar content management systems
• Previous work with custom digital interfaces or specialized content tools
• Interest in AI-supported content workflows

Success metrics include: delivering accurate uploads and updates, maintaining correct system linking with zero critical errors, completing tasks within SLA timelines, handling large batches reliably, reducing rework through thorough quality checks, and proactively identifying process improvements.
