About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health and wellness organization seeking an intern for a six-month placement in Munich. This role focuses on health promotion and fitness training, offering direct client contact and diverse project work. Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver workshops on topics such as workplace ergonomics and back health with direct client interaction
• Travel to client sites for on-location projects throughout Germany
• Create and produce training videos and livestream content
• Support diverse health and wellness initiatives in a fast-paced, varied environment
• Work independently on assigned projects while contributing to team goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Sports Science or completed vocational training in Physiotherapy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong communication skills with comfort presenting workshops to groups
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and adapt quickly
• Team-oriented mindset with reliability in collaborative settings
• Valid Class B driver's license with willingness to drive in urban areas and take longer trips
• Native-level German (C2) and fluent English (B2)

Preferred Experience:

• Additional certifications in movement or relaxation techniques (fitness trainer B license, yoga instructor, etc.)
• Previous internship or working student experience in a corporate environment
• Experience leading group workshops or training sessions
