Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential construction organization in Berlin seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Polier) for high-rise and turnkey construction projects. In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and oversee construction execution on high-rise and turnkey building sites
- Lead your own crew and manage subcontractors on-site
- Implement execution planning in collaboration with site management
- Monitor quality standards, project timelines, and workplace safety compliance
- Manage material ordering and equipment deployment
- Document construction progress and maintain site records
What We're Looking For
Our client needs a skilled construction professional with:
- Completed apprenticeship in core construction trades with advanced certification as Polier or Werkpolier
- Proven experience in high-rise and turnkey construction execution
- Strong leadership abilities combined with hands-on craft skills
- Reliability and team-oriented mindset
- Good German language proficiency

Pay
The client offers 55,000-75,000 EUR annually based on experience, plus performance bonuses for successful project completion. Additional benefits include company vehicle for private use or mobility allowance, 30 vacation days, occupational pension or capital-forming benefits, modern equipment, flexible working arrangements including one home office day per week, and reliable regional project scheduling.
