Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction organization in the Dresden area seeking an experienced site foreman for high-rise and turnkey projects. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and supervise construction execution on high-rise and turnkey building projects
• Lead your own crew and manage subcontractors on site
• Implement construction plans in collaboration with site management
• Monitor quality standards, schedules, and workplace safety compliance
• Manage material procurement and equipment deployment
• Document construction progress and maintain accurate records

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a hands-on leader with proven construction expertise:

• Vocational training in main construction trades with advancement to Polier or Werkpolier qualification
• Demonstrated experience in high-rise or turnkey construction execution
• Strong leadership skills combined with solid hands-on technical ability
• Reliability and team-oriented mindset
• Good command of German language

Pay

Pay range via Get A Job.ai: €55,000–€75,000 annually.
